Shops, parks, and local charm just a short drive away.

San Sadurniño is our closest small town, and we go there often for groceries, appointments, and café catch-ups. It has everything you need for everyday life—without the traffic or stress of a big town.

There are a few small supermarkets, cafés, a pharmacy, a health centre, a vet clinic, a bank and even a local swimming pool. There’s a lovely riverside walk, a children's playground, and open green spaces. It’s also home to some historical buildings and a strong sense of community.

One of the town’s highlights is the annual Feira da Plantación, a flower and plant market held every April. It draws hundreds of visitors from across the region and fills the town with colour, stalls, and a festive atmosphere. It’s a wonderful event for gardeners, families, and anyone who loves springtime in Galicia.

What we love most is the friendliness. People know each other, and the local pace of life is gentle and grounded.

From A Lobeira, it’s only a 10-minute drive—making it a great go-to for errands and everyday outings.
